I developed a heart block towards the end of the surgery. I was most impressed with the team work and level of attention and care I received post-surgery. I went into surgery without anxiety or fear, knowing that I was inc capable hands. Everyone was very friendly and re-assuring. I was very nervous that day and the staff recognized this. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the procedure/complications. The staff and physicians were very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail. I had minimal wait time at registration and was called to the pre-op area less than 10 minutes after registering. The anesthesiologist reviewed my chart one week prior to surgery and reached out to my physician regarding my medications the nurse followed up the following day to make sure I had been contacted by my physician and address any questions/concerns I had. She was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I received a call from the pre-op nurse one week prior to surgery. My experience was positive from the beginning to end. ![]()
